METHOD FOR PREVENTING AND REMOVING RED TIDE AND GREEN TIDE BY MIXING YELLOW SOIL AND CHARCOAL

Aluminum component in yellow soil contains a large quantity of organic proteins or its own such as Cochlodinium and Gymnodium and thus has capability of suffocating immediately upon contact with red tide-inducing organisms. In addition, charcoal also has ability of adsorbing micromolecules, odor molecules, chemical molecules, and water molecules in the atmosphere in its pores owing to small and numerous pores in the charcoal. To this end, yellow soil powder and charcoal powder are mixed and lightly inserted into the pores on in the charcoal. Floating the charcoal above water for a long amount of time can suffocate the red tide-inducing organisms by settling them down to the bottom of the water by means of the organic proteins of the adsorptive yellow soil components.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
