Disclosed are a cloud streaming service system, a cloud streaming service method, and a server therefor. The cloud streaming service method comprises the following steps: obtaining a common cache corresponding to a webpage commonly used by terminal devices through generation or reception method; loading the obtained common cache to be used for execution of a web application; receiving any one request from the terminal devices; and executing the web application by using the common cache. Accordingly, private information can be protected and the web application can be rapidly executed through the common cache, and a network can be efficiently used by sharing the common cache.
