The present invention relates to a flat plate solar collector applied with a transmitting body of a double glazing structure and a vacuum insulation panel (VIP) insulator. More specifically, as a transmitting body formed of a double glazing structure including glass, air (encapsulating material) and a hollow layer of a polymer structure, and a VIP complex insulator into which a VIP insulator and a conventional insulator are multi-molded are installed, the heat loss rate of the collector is reduced to maximize the heat collection efficiency at high temperatures, the application scope is expanded to heat sources for a solar industrial process, solar cooling and the like from the existing application scope of heating and hot water supply, and the efficiency can be high in a high-temperature usage range corresponding to conventional vacuum tube collectors.
