Provided are a p-doped conjugated polymer electrolyte containing a compound represented by chemical formula 1, and an organic electronic device applying the same as a hole transfer material. According to the present invention, a high efficiency solar cell and an OLED with high light emitting properties can be manufactured by verifying the type of an oxidizer and the type of a functional group applied to the p-type conjugated polymer to control electron density, and thus controlling doping intensity, thereby controlling work function change.
