The present invention provides a service reservation and sharing model for such as a parking lot. A method for mapping vehicle data to a smart phone easily and a method for automatically pushing the data to a reserved screen through an auxiliary network in a safe manner are suggested. Without accessing a vehicle data control device such as OBD2, the present technology enables provision of a service by mapping vehicle data on a smart phone using a simple application while GPS data is not available such as in a parking lot. The present technology also enables provision of a parking reservation service, a sharing service, and other living-related services by enhancing information in places where network connection is limited such as in a parking lot. A method for a user to turn on a microphone or gyro GPS by running an application for own vehicle data and map and optimize personalized information is suggested. Provided algorithms (service registration, authentication, security, and post management) make a reserved service to be accessed first through an installed communication network and execute enhanced content services actively in places such as in an underground parking lot where network connection is not smooth. A one stop service which supports living information services and infrastructure using the same are provided. The provided are a business model which enables an information business owner to establish a parking and parking control service or a living information service easily by preparing a simple user application and a service network necessary for prior access and a one stop solution which enables an individual sharing service business owner to generate and process data easily and run business using the data by installing an auxiliary service network actively.
