The present invention relates to an automatic lift apparatus for binding a concrete mattress and installing the concrete mattress in a submarine cable, which forms a plurality of release actuators (20) corresponding to connection ropes (2) in a lift frame to be bound with the connection ropes (2) of the concrete mattress (P) for being hooked and released, wherein the release actuator (20) fixates a second fixated plate (24) separated from a first fixated plate (22) on a traverse beam (12) of the lift frame (10), a moving plate (26) having a locking rod (26a) is positioned in the rear side of the release actuator, and guided and supported by a guide rod (24a) and a spring (24b) of the second fixated plate (24) to be configured to slide, and the locking rod (26) penetrates a guide hole (24a) of the second fixated plate (24), and is inserted into a coupling hole (22a) formed on the first fixated plate (22) to be configured to be locked with and released from a release rope (29) connected to the connection rope (2) of the concrete mattress (P), thereby easily being hooked with and released from the concrete mattress while simplifying the configuration of the release actuators to enhance workability, at the same time wirelessly controlling the release operation of the release actuators individually to enhance workability, and installing the concrete mattress at a definite installation point of the submarine cable.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
