The present invention relates to a sanitary sheet for a toilet and a cover for a toilet, which prevents contamination due to foreign substances or scattered matters generated when a user urinates on a toilet and can be wasted after being used for long time without washing the sanitary sheet for a toilet since the sanitary sheet for a toilet is waterproofed.
