The present invention relates to a Bluetooth low energy network system which can easily form a Bluetooth low energy network across a broad range by grouping multiple control devices and sensing devices to improve the use efficiency of a memory and be used as a power consumption controlling system, and a power controlling method using the Bluetooth low energy network. The Bluetooth low energy network system comprises: a plurality of control devices included in at least one network group, wherein any control device closest to a mobile terminal is set as a master control device, and the remaining control devices except the master control device are automatically set as sub control devices so as to form and maintain a Bluetooth low energy network with the master control device; and a plurality of sensing devices included in the at least one network group, and forming/maintaining a low energy Bluetooth network with one of the sub control devices, closest to the sensing devices.
