The present invention uses a three dimensional graphene-silk compound as an electrode for a biosensor when manufacturing the biosensor. When the three dimensional graphene-silk compound is used as an electrode, excellent electric conduction properties can be obtained, and reducing power of silk can prevent natural oxidation of graphene. Moreover, a biological substance can be stably survived regardless of the pH level of an electrolyte solution.
