The present invention relates to a high-speed responsive electric actuator for a valve opening and closing control of an automated agricultural water and nutrient solution supply system, to solve a national agricultural problem of today and to put a plant producing factory system into practice, wherein the plant producing factory system can produce crops regardless of season and place, in a certain facility where agricultural produce is controlled. The present invention provides a solution for a high level of an automation requirement, considering a plant producing factory system.
