The present invention relates to a trading system using an online bulletin board and a method thereof. The trading system using an online bulletin board comprises: an input part for inputting postings of a user who desires to sell a product or postings of a user who desires to purchase a product; a control part for displaying comments with regard to bargaining under the posting of the seller when the user who desires to purchase a product writes a comment for bargaining and for displaying the reply with regard to the price of the product under the comment when the seller writes a comment; and a payment part for processing payment for the price of the product which is targeted to be sold by the user who clicks the payment comment. Accordingly, by introducing the trading system using an online bulletin board and the method thereof, a seller and a user who desires to purchase a product can bargain over the product on the online bulletin board by writing comments, and the seller can easily sell his/her product with a negotiated price through the simple process of writing comments. Also, the user who desires to purchase the product can purchase the product at a cheaper price than the price the seller suggested first through bargaining, and the seller can effectively manage his/her stock by offering the product at an affordable price.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
