The present invention relates to a hazardous chemical management system for registering and managing chemicals used in producing and processing processes and chemicals remaining in products, and a control method thereof. The hazardous chemical management system comprises: a management server which communicates with each supplier terminal and client terminal, which are related to a manufacturing process of manufacturing a final product from raw materials, through an internet network or a mobile communication network, and manages information about chemicals inputted in the process of manufacturing the product and information about discharged waste water by using a continuous supply chain; and a database which stores information managed by the management server and provides corresponding information upon request for searching. According to the present invention, the hazardous chemical management system and the control method thereof register and manage chemicals information of raw materials, yarns, fabrics, subsidiary materials, and final products used in the process of manufacturing the product and integrally provide a customer with information about chemicals used in a whole process of manufacturing the product, thereby confirming stability and suitability of the product.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
