The present invention relates to a method of inducing primordium of Grifola frondosa, and more specifically, to a method of inducing primordium of Grifola frondosa which induces generation of Grifola frondosa under the environment that the inside of a container is not contaminated by bacteria by using a container which includes an inner container containing a mix culture for inoculating seeds of Grifola frondosa and an outer container having a predetermined space and to which a filter is attached, provided in the outside of the inner container. Grifola frondosa is generated in the inner container containing the mix culture for inoculating seeds of Grifola frondosa and polluted external environments are protected by the outer container so that Grifola frondosa is not contaminated by bacteria of external environments and thus high-quality Grifola frondosa can be obtained. In addition, the method induces generation of Grifola frondosa using a mix culture containing one or more sawdusts of oak sawdust, shiitake waste wood sawdust, brewers grain, corncob and poplar sawdust and one or more yield-increasing ingredients selected from wheat bran, dried bean, cashew nut meal, corn gluten feed, red bean peel, potato peel, soybean meal or wheat bran meal, thereby advantageously reducing an induction time of primordium of Grifola frondosa and thus facility costs and management/maintenance costs burdened by producers.
