摘要

The present invention relates to a method for culturing microorganisms comprising high-concentration vanadium. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: manufacturing mixed water by diluting vanadium for 500 to 20,000 times in water; manufacturing a mixed culture medium by adding the mixed water to a microorganism culture medium; and co-culturing the same by inoculating the microorganisms in the mixed culture medium. According to the present invention, the method is capable of producing high value-added microorganisms comprising vanadium at high concentrations, which is a mineral ingredient essential for the human body, and which has effects in treating and alleviating various diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and the like. In the case of manufacturing processed foods by using the microorganisms, the generation and the enhancement in profits can be introduced with respect to the sale and the production of highly functional foods.
