The present invention relates to a method for inducing vitality of Grifola frodosa and, more specifically, to a method for inducing vitality of Grifola frodosa, wherein, outside of an internal container containing a mixture medium inoculated with Grifola frodosa spawn, a predetermined space is formed and an external container with an attached filter is configured, thereby inducing the generation of Grifola frodosa in an environment in which the inside of the container is not contaminated by bacteria. The present invention is directed to a method for inducing vitality of Grifola frodosa, wherein Grifola frodosa is generated in the internal container containing a mixture medium inoculated with Grifola frodosa spawn, and the mixture medium is protected from the contaminated environment by the external container, so the mixture medium is not contaminated with bacteria through the external environment, thereby harvesting Grifola frodosa wih excellent quality. In addition, the generation of Grifola frodosa is induced by using the mixture medium, in which base medium materials, composed of two or more of oak sawdust, shiitake mushroom waste tree sawdust, bear dregs, corncob, and Populus sawdust, are mixed with steam medium materials, composed of wheat bran, dried been curd, cashew nuts, protein hull, adzuki bean hull, potato peels, soybean hull, or wheat bran dregs, thereby shortening the vitality induction period of Grifola frodosa, thus reducing the facility costs and maintenance costs borne by producers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
