METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ONE BULB TYPE HERMETIC SEAL CERAMIC ARC TUBE

The present invention relates to a method for producing a one bulb-type hermetic seal ceramic arc tube. Through injection of a ceramic powder mixture before sintering, a semispherical arc tube body (10) in one side and a semispherical arc tube body (20) in the other side are prepared in advance. Through dual injection of a ceramic powder mixture along outer circumferences being in contact with each other, a hollow arc tube body (40) having a dual injection band (30) is produced. Accordingly, an error in a contact point between the semispherical arc tube body (10) in one side and the semispherical arc tube body (20) in the other side may be remarkably removed. Also, an additional material such as an interface adhering binder is not used, and a heating process may be skipped. In particular, deoiling and sintering are performed after dual injection of a ceramic powder mixture along outer circumferences thereof contacting the semispherical arc tube body (10) in one side and the semispherical arc tube body (20) in the other side, so a ceramic arc tube (50) may be completed at an identical shrinkage rate.
