The female clip (20) comprises a fastening holder (23) where a fastening hole (25) is formed. The male clip (40) comprises a fastening piece (42) which is hooked to the outer side of the bottom of the fastening holder (23) after passing through the fastening hole (25). The deck fastening structure can be constructed and repaired easily.
