The present invention relates to a bone fixing system used for open wedge high tibial osteotomy which forms an incision groove in tibia. The system includes: a plate including multiple screw holes to support the tibia; and a screw including first screw portions inserted and coupled into the tibia and second screw portions inserted and coupled into the screw holes. Pitches of the second screw portions are narrower than those of the first screw portions to pull the tibia and the plate together. Accordingly, the present invention has the double screw portions in the screw which can be coupled to the plate and the tibia at the same time while having different pitches to induce close contact and engagement of bone tissues in the coupling process, thereby making the plate be coupled to the surface of the tibia reliably and maximize completeness of the surgery.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
