The space environment three-dimensional simulation system comprises: a data receiving unit (110) which individually or integrally receives ACE satellite observation data, any one or more data of VAP satellite observation data or GOES satellite data, Dst index data, and Kp index data and processes the received data; a data processing module (120) which converts the received ACE satellite observation data and Dst index data into a binary file (A) form capable of being inputted into a Tsyganenko model, calculates the magnetosphere particle distribution of the earth, and converts the calculated data into a binary file (B) form by inputting the received one or more data of the VAP satellite observation data or the GOES satellite observation data and the received Kp index data into a VERB model; a data visualizing module (130) which extracts magnetic force line expression information in a three-dimensional form by inputting the binary file (A) into the Tsyganenko model and extracts magnetosphere particle distribution expression information of a three-dimensional form matched with a magnetic force line in a three-dimensional space by inputting the binary file (B) and the magnetic force line expression information into an L* calculation model; a display unit (140) which displays each of data extracted by a control signal on a screen; and a control module (150) which outputs the control signal for individually or integrally displaying each of data on the display unit (140) according to user input signals inputted from a user input unit (160).
