ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING FACE RECOGNITION

The present invention provides an attendance management system using face recognition. The attendance management system using face recognition in accordance with the present invention, is configured to comprise: a camera apparatus which may obtain a face image of a subject to confirm attendance in real time; a personal computer which is connected to the camera apparatus; and a face recognition program which determines whether the face is matched by comparing the face of the person to confirm attendance with the pre-stored DB. The system is expected to heighten convenience and efficiency in management, by providing high reliability which may prevent a proxy attendance by others and providing attendance information confirmed through the face comparison in text to a manager or a guardian. The attendance management system using face recognition in accordance with the present invention is configured to comprise: a plurality of USB camera apparatuses which directly captures the face of the subject to confirm attendance and has the captured face been stored in information DB subject to be recognized or obtains the face of the subject attended in real time; a personal computer which is connected to the USB camera apparatus so that the image to be obtained, and included and operated an attendance confirmation program; an extraction module which extracts feature information from the detected image; a face recognition module which confirms whether the face is matched by comparing the face of the subject to be obtained in real time with the DB for recognizing target subject; and an alarm module which provides an alarm in text to the manager or the guardian when it is determined as a same person.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
