A spinal fixation device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of pedicle screws which are separated from each other at a predetermined interval and installed in a pedicle at a predetermined angle and to a predetermined depth; a head unit arranged in an upper part of the pedicle screws and having an U-shaped settling groove; a spinal rod settled in the settling groove so as to connect the pedicle screws; a first rod assembly inducing guide wherein a lower part is installed to cover the outer circumferential surface of the head unit and an upper part has a structure protruding from the head unit; a second rod assembly inducing guide wherein an upper end has a structure with a stair gap between an upper end of the first rod assembly inducing guide and is separated from the first rod assembly inducing guide by the gap facilitating insertion of the spinal rod and installed in the head unit so as to guide the insertion of the spinal rod into the head unit with the first rod assembly inducing guide; and a coupling member coupled to the head unit when the spinal rod is settled so as to prevent separation of the spinal rod, wherein each of the first rod assembly inducing guide and the second rod assembly inducing guide has the upper end formed to have a stair gap, and the spinal rod is inserted from the upper ends of the first rod assembly inducing guide and the second rod assembly inducing guide into the settling groove, thereby being desirable to allow the spinal rod to easily induce the insertion of the pedicle screws into the head unit when the pedicle screws are installed in the pedicle with an irregular arrangement.
