The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a porous collagen supporter, which comprises the following steps: manufacturing a collagen solution comprising a collagen polymer and acid; gelating a collagen filament by extruding the collagen solution to the inside of a coagulation medium, and laminating the collagen filament; and carrying the laminated collagen filament in a non-solvent medium. The method of the present invention is capable of manufacturing a macro/nanoporous collagen supporter without an additional device such as a freezing system, and randomly controlling the macroporous structure of the porous collagen supporter.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
