A catalytic combustion-type gas sensor detecting an inflammable gas comprises: a heat insulation part; a heater formed on the heat insulation part; a gas reaction film formed on the heater on the heat insulation part, and including a carrier carrying a combustion catalyst of an inflammable gas; a temperature measuring element formed near the gas reaction film on the heat insulation part; and a crack part formed on the heat insulation part, and arranged between the heat insulation part and the gas reaction film.
