A SYSTEM FOR DETECTING CAR BEING VIOLATED PARKING AND STOPPING OF BASED ON BIG DATE USING CCTV CAMERA AND BLACK BOX VEHICLE

The present invention relates to a system of detecting illegal parking and stopping based on big data using a CCTV camera and a black box in a vehicle. The system comprises: a CCTV camera connected to a GPS receiver module that may receive location information to obtain an image of a monitoring area set to a road with a plurality of cameras, thus taking an image of vehicles in real time; a black box including a GPS receiver module fixed and attached to a mobile vehicle to receive location information, and collecting an image of a vehicle that violates illegal parking and stopping or a vehicle violating an exclusive lane during traveling; a GPS satellite transmitting location information to the CCTV camera and the GPS receiver module of the black box; and an operating server receiving image information of the vehicle that violates illegal parking and stopping or the vehicle violating the exclusive lane during traveling through a communications network in real time, collected by the CCTV camera and the black box, and comparing the received information to the location information stored therein to detect whether the vehicle violates a traffic rule. Accordingly, the system may allow the operating server to receive vehicle information and the location information obtained by a fixed or mobile CCTV camera and a black box, and to collect, analyze, and process big data, thereby efficiently detecting a vehicle that violates illegal parking and stopping on the road or a vehicle that violates an exclusive lane.
