Disclosed are a manufacturing method and a drying apparatus for processing bracken into a noodle shape. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method for processing bracken into a noodle shape arranges prepared bracken to accommodate the bracken in one or more grooves formed on a drying net in a longitudinal direction to dry the bracken arranged in the grooves in the longitudinal direction to manufacture the bracken into a noodle shape. Also, the drying apparatus for drying bracken into a noodle shape comprises: a drying net to dry bracken by placing the bracken thereon; a groove formed on an upper portion of the drying net in a longitudinal direction to accommodate the bracken; and a plurality of protruding units installed on the upper portion of the drying net to form the groove therebetween.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
