In the present invention, disclosed are a feedback apparatus of an intelligent distribution system and a control method thereof. The feedback apparatus of an intelligent distribution system comprises: a data input unit which is provided to input a failure processing situation through a data input window executed on an HMI screen of the intelligent distribution system; a video capturing unit which captures the HMI screen of the intelligent distribution system to generate a video file; a data storage unit which stores the video file generated in the video capturing unit and the failure processing situation inputted through the data input unit; and a control unit which operates the video capturing unit in accordance with the failure information inputted from the intelligent distribution system, gives a file name to the video file generated in the video capturing unit, and stores the video file in the data storage unit.
