The present invention relates to an acrylic emulsion adhesive comprising a water-dispersible cross-linking agent, and to a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an acrylic emulsion adhesive which comprises (a) an acrylic emulsion resin generated by polymerizing a mixed monomer including one or more types of monomers selected from the group consisting of i) a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer having an alkyl group of 1 to 18 carbon atoms, ii) one or more types of monomers selected from the group consisting of aryl ester, vinyl ester, unsaturated acetate, and unsaturated nitrile, and iii) one or more types of monomers selected from the group consisting of unsaturated carbon acid and a hydroxyl group-containing unsaturated monomer; and (B) a water-dispersible polycarbodiimide-based external cross-linking agent. The present invention also relates to a manufacturing method thereof.
