The present invention relates to a method for configuring an inter-terminal communication resource in view of dynamic TDD configuration, and an apparatus for realizing the same. The method includes the steps of: receiving, from a base station, D2D resource pool configuration information including control information required for D2D resource pool configuration; receiving a D2D scheduling assignment (SA) from the base station; and performing D2D communication with an adjacent terminal based on the D2D scheduling assignment. The D2D communication is performed by a special D2D resource pool that is identically applied, in a case where at least one of a terminal and the adjacent terminal uses an enhanced interference management and traffic adaptation (eIMTA) cell, to the two terminals or more terminals.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
