The present invention relates to a method and a system for online agricultural product price prediction that may determine an optimal point of time of agricultural product shipment. The method for online agricultural product price prediction comprises collecting a wholesale price of a specific agricultural product for a period of time from day to day, analyzing the wholesale price with a mixed regression model having a plurality of models in which regression coefficient are different from each other, and calculating at least one among a tomorrows predicted wholesale price or a predicted wholesale price after one week. The method may enable a farmer or an agricultural products processing center (APC) person to effectively determine an optimal point of time of agricultural product shipment.
