The present invention relates to a device for curing a concrete block using a microwave and a system for curing a tunnel type concrete block. The device for curing a concrete block using a microwave includes: a curing module housing installed to surround the outside of the concrete block and including two vertical panels and a horizontal panel which is slidably inserted into upper portions of the two vertical panels to connect the two vertical panels to each other; a microwave generating unit installed on a portion of a surface of at least one of the vertical panel and the horizontal panels and including a body having a box shape, a microwave generator built in the body, and a waveguide transferring the microwave generated from the microwave generator to the inside of the housing; a patch type temperature sensor attached to the concrete block; and a control unit connected to the outside to control the microwave generator and the temperature sensor. The present invention provides the curing device which is capable of reducing energy costs and significantly reducing the curing time.
