Provided are a coating powder for coating a steel pipe, a coated steel pipe, and a method for coating a steel pipe. The coating powder for coating a steel pipe comprises a modified polyethylene resin, a polyethylene-based resin, and an adhesive resin. The coated steel pipe comprises a steel pipe; and a coating film formed on the surface of the steel pipe, wherein the coating film is formed with the coating powder for coating a steel pipe. The method for coating a steel pipe comprises the following steps: treating the surface of a steel pipe; forming a coating film by supplying the coating powder for coating a steel pipe on the surface of the steel pipe; and curing the coating film. The coating powder for coating a steel pipe has excellent adhesive strength to the surface of a steel pipe so as to protect the steel pipe by adhering to the steel pipe for a long term.
