The present invention relates to a wireless jog dial device which can be linked to an AVN system of a car without a jog dial device so as to enable a driver to easily operate a multimedia device while driving, and a multimedia device linked thereto. The wireless jog dial device is implemented so as to be connected to a multimedia device through Bluetooth-pairing, receive and store multimedia function information of the multimedia device, receive a users operation signal inputted through a jog dial and a button, and output, to the multimedia device, control information for activating the multimedia function information. Therefore, the wireless jog dial device can be linked to the AVN system of the car without the jog dial device so as to enable the driver to easily operate the multimedia device while driving.
