The present invention relates to an internet of things-based system for reducing noise between floors, and to a server for managing the noise. The system comprises: a noise neutralization device by a household installed inside each household of an apartment building for detecting the noise between floors or the noise around an environment and transmitting the same as noise information by the household, and for outputting a noise reducing half-wave with respect a noise-reduced sound selecting signal or the noise reducing half-wave transmitted in response to the transmission of the noise information; and a noise management server for analyzing the noise information by the household transmitted from the noise neutralization device per household, generating the noise-reduced sound selecting signal for selecting the noise reducing half-wave or the noise reducing half-wave required for reducing the analyzed noise per each household, and transmitting the same to the noise neutralization device by the household.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
