The present invention relates to a healthcare system and, specifically, to a system for managing a health of workers, who serve and have a seat long time, based on internet of things (IoT). The system comprises: a seat response information reception unit for receiving seat response information changed according to a user sitting from a seat capable of providing data communications; a seat occupying time calculation unit for calculating seat occupying time through the change of the seat response information; and a rest recommendation message spreading unit for spreading a rest recommendation message to a determined acquaintance terminal through a user or a messenger when the calculated sitting time overruns a threshold value.
