The present invention relates to an artificial fishway for the movement of fishes in a water facility. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the artificial fishway for the movement of the fishes in the water facility is installed in an underwater weir (8) in a river to allow fishes to move to an upper region of the river, and has a plate-shaped flow speed reducer (4) inside a U-shaped water pipe (2) to control a flow speed in the U-shaped water pipe (2). The plate-shaped flow speed reducer (4) comprises: left and right plates (4a, 4b) attached to a bottom surface of the U-shaped water pipe (2); and a discharge hole (4c) which discharges river water to the outside inside the plate thereof when the river water flows between the left and right plates (4a, 4b) of the plate-shaped flow speed reducer (4).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
