Disclosed are an educatee-centered learning design apparatus and a method thereof capable of providing learning data formed with only the content determined as necessary content for an educatee among education contents selected by a manager. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: receiving selection input for at least one content among a plurality of contents; generating a checklist including questions corresponding to the selected content; generating an E-book with the selected content and the checklist; distributing the generated E-book to educatees; receiving answers to the questions included in the checklist from educatee terminals; and deactivating a part of the content included in the E-book on the basis of the answers to the questions included in the checklist.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
