摘要

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a crosslinked polyacrylamide hydrogel with rhodamine and fluorescein fluorescent monomer included in a polymer main chain, and a selective detection and concentration analysis of glucose using the same. The detection and the analysis are performed by a fluorescent change of the crosslinked polyacrylamide hydrogel including a fluorescent monomer according to a degree that glucose is oxidized by GOx introduced by a connector. A sensor having the crosslinked polyacrylamide hydrogel is characterized by selectively selecting glucose among various types of monosaccharides, and being easily utilized through a fluorescent change identifiable with the naked eye. By using a new material capable of selectively detecting glucose, a material causing a change of pH can be applied to a material of the sensor as well as the glucose, thereby complementing sensitivity and safety of the existing material of the sensor, and having essential properties on a sensor function of mobility, responsibility, etc, so as to be applied to a sensor material in various fields inducing a pH change.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
