The present invention relates to a method of preparing a jelly using tarak and a jelly using tarak. More specifically, provided is a method of preparing a jelly using tarak, including the steps: preparing a sugar solution obtained by melting sugar and a gelling agent in water; preparing a tarak mixing solution by adding the tarak to the sugar solution and heating the resu and forming the jelly by cooling the tarak mixing solution. Therefore, according to the present invention, the tarak is added to the jelly through the method of preparing the jelly by containing the tarak so that the jelly can be provided with the tarak providing superior functionality due to the intrinsic sour taste and aroma of the tarak. In addition, the jelly using tarak is food obtained by applying the intrinsic traditional fermented milk of Korea. Accordingly, the consumption of the tarak can promoted and the demand for the tarak can be increased together with the trend of making a high-quality jelly.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
