The present invention provides a system for treating organic materials and nutrient salt. The system includes: a high temperature reacting vessel including an anaerobic microbe to dissolve a highly concentrated non-degradable organic material in waste water; a middle temperature reacting vessel including an anaerobic microbe to treat a non-degradable organic material residue undissolved in the high temperature reacting vessel; a first chamber for receiving the waste water from the middle temperature reacting vessel to remove an organic material, nitrogen and phosphorus in the waste water by an intermittent aeration; a second chamber connected to the first chamber and separated by an ion-exchange membrane for nitrifying ammonia in the waste water of the first chamber through the ion-exchange membrane; and an internal recycling line for internally recycling a final waste water from the first chamber and the second chamber, wherein a positive electrode is placed in the first chamber; a negative electrode is placed in the second chamber; and the positive electrode and the negative electrode are connected to an external direct current power. The system for treating organic material and nutrient salt provides a more efficient treatment of the an organic material, nitrogen and phosphorus in the waste water such as waste water of a livestock farming, a leachate, waste water of excreata, drinking water waste, waste water of food, and waste water of milk processing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
