The present invention relates to a system for providing a radio service which includes: a plurality of radio devices, which is connected to a radio kit and a smartphone with a local area network; and a control server which provides the radio service by connecting each radio device with wireless communications. The control server receives a first radio signal including a voice signal and a serial number of the transmitting smartphone from a radio device. The control server extracts a radio group including the transmitting smartphone, which transmits the first radio signal, and a receiving smartphone, which wirelessly communicates with the transmitting smartphone, by searching a group database with the serial number included in the first radio signal; generates a second radio signal including the voice signal included in the first radio signal; and transmits the second radio signal to each receiving smartphone of the extracted radio group. Each radio device generates the voice signal generated in a microphone of the radio kit while a push to talk (PTT) button of the radio kit is pressed, and the first radio signal generated by including the serial number of the transmitting smartphone. The radio device transmits the voice signal and the first radio signal to the control server. When the second radio signal is received from the control server, the voice signal is extracted from the second radio signal and is outputted through a high-capacity speaker included in the radio kit. The control server and the smartphone are communicated by using a wireless communications network which is one among 3G, 4G, WCDMA, Wi-Fi, etc. used in the smartphone, excluding a TRS network.
