摘要

Disclosed are a Ni-reduced and austenite-based cast steel with high heat resistance, and an EGR cooler device using the same. The Ni-reduced and austenite-based cast steel with high heat resistance of the present invention comprises: 0.03-0.07 wt% of C; 0.7-0.9 wt% of Si; 0.7-0.9 wt% of Mn; 20-22 wt% of Cr; 3.8-4.2 wt% of Ni; 0.4-0.6 wt% of Mo; 0.2-0.4 wt% of Cu; 0.18-0.22 wt% of N; and the remaining consisting of Fe and other unavoidable impurities. The austenite-based cast steel reduces Ni contents and have high heat resistance and antioxidative properties; thereby being used in the EGR cooler device for an engine exhaust system or the like.
