The present invention relates to a system for collecting coffee grounds for efficiently collecting coffee grounds to be reused as materials of various kinds of products. The system comprises coffee grounds storage containers disposed in each coffee grounds discharge place, a central server and a collection vehicle. The coffee grounds storage container comprises: an information recognition sensor measuring weight and water content percentage information of the discharge coffee grounds; an information transmitting device transmitting the measured coffee grounds weight and water content percentage information to a central server through wired and wireless communication; and a GPS transmitter transmitting location information of the coffee grounds storage container. The central server comprises: a GPS receiver receiving the location information of the coffee grounds storage container; a control device calculating a dried weight value of the coffee grounds stored in each coffee grounds storage container based on the received information and determining the optimal collection route of a collection vehicle in comparison with the dried weight value and a collection distance; and an information transmitting device transmitting collection route information determined in the control unit to the collection vehicle through the wired and wireless communication. The collection vehicle comprises: an information receiving device receiving the collection route information from the central server; and an output device outputting the received collection route information to enable a driver to confirm the same.
