The present invention relates to a nail clipper for preventing peeling of nail polish. The nail clipper comprises: a strip-shaped fixing member; a strip-shaped driving member having one end part coupled with the fixing member; a pressing member disposed in an upper side of the driving member, and including a body part, a gripping end formed in one end part of the body part and having a penetration hole formed therein, and a bent fixing end formed in the other end part of the body part; a fixing pillar having a lower end part fixed with the other end part of the fixing member, and including a hanging end formed in an upper end part thereof to be elastically fixed by being sequentially inserted in the other end part of the driving member and the penetration hole of the pressing member; a first cutting blade formed in the other end of the fixing member; and a second cutting blade formed in the other end of the driving member. A problem that damage or peeling is caused due to friction or contact of nail polish spread to protect a surface of a nail or a toenail or express elegant color can be fundamentally overcome.
