The present invention relates to a device for preventing snow from being accumulated on a banister and, more specifically, to a device for preventing snow from laying on a banister, capable of stably preventing snow from laying on the upper surface of a banister and enabling a user to easily escape to the outside of the banister using an emergency rope installed at the banister by having a space in the upper part of the banister in case of an emergency such as fire.
