The present invention relates to a method for generating OH-radical water and controlling the concentration of OH-radical water, which generates OH-radical water by passing liquid through an ionization apparatus (16). A conventional method for generating OH-radical water and controlling the concentration of OH-radical water injects ozone to water using an ozone generator and dissolves the ozone to use OH-radical water.
