The present invention relates to an epoxy resin composition for asphalt with improved stability, dynamic stability, plastic deformation resistance, and the like, and an epoxy asphalt composition using the same and, more particularly, to an epoxy resin composition in which a diglycidyl ether bisphenol-A epoxy resin whose molecular weight is 300-1,500 and having two or more reactive epoxide groups inside a molecule, and a phenol novolac polyglycidyl ether epoxy resin whose molecular weight is 500-2,000, and having 2.2 or more reactive epoxide groups inside a molecule, and the like are main materials. In addition, 20-30% of polybutadiene rubber having a reactive carboxyl group in both ends of a molecule whose molecular weight is 4,000-5,000 is used and reacted with dibasic acid and diamine to produce a rubber-modified polyamide resin, and the rubber-modified polyamide resin is used as a hardener.
