AUREOBASIDIUM PULLULANS YK1 PRODUCED BY USING UV AND A PRODUCING METHOD FOR -GLUCAN USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a variant strain Aureobasidium pullulans YK1 which produces -glucan without black pigment and prepared through UV irradiation, and a method for producing -glucan without black pigment by using the strain. Specifically, the Aureobasidium pullulans YK1 variant strain deposited under accession no. KCTC 12656BP of the present invention can effectively produce biopolymer and -glucan without producing black pigment which is an inherent characteristic of Aureobasidium pullulans, so that the Aureobasidium pullulans YK1 variant strain of the present invention can be useful for the method for producing -glucan. Further, the production method can be useful for production of a composition, a health functional food and cosmetic composition for enhancing immunity.
