Disclosed are an online uninterruptible power supply device for reducing inrush current and a control device included therein. The control device for controlling the online uninterruptible power supply device including a battery, an inverter, a first load unit and a second load unit comprises: a compensation control unit which receives a feedback on a current value and a voltage value measured in a first node to which the inverter, the first load unit and the second load unit are connected, and outputs a compensation control signal for stabilizing the measured current value and the measured voltage value; and an inverter control unit which generates an inverter control signal for controlling an operation of the inverter to stabilize the current value and the voltage value of the first node, by using the compensation control signal. The compensation control unit includes: a voltage regulator which generates a compensation voltage value using the voltage value measured in the first node and a reference voltage value; and a current regulator which generates a compensation current value using the current value measured in the first node, a reference current value and the compensation voltage value, wherein the compensation current value corresponds to the compensation control signal.
