The present invention relates to an RF electron gun to emit a pulse electron beam, a linear accelerator system, and a pulse electron beam producing method using the same and, to a pulse electron beam producing method comprising: a step of applying DC electric field having the size which takes time of integer multiple of a period of an AC electric field applied to inside a resonator between negative and positive poles of the resonator when an electron emitted from the negative pole of the resonator arrives at the positive pole of the resonator during a predetermined time; and a step of applying the AC electric field having the size which speeds up the speed of an electron which is emitted later than the electron emitted during the predetermined time than the speed of the electron emitted during the predetermined time and delays the speed of the electron emitted earlier than the electron emitted during the predetermined time than the speed of the electron emitted during the predetermined time, an RF electron gun capable of realizing the same, and a linear accelerator system using the RF electron gun. According to the present invention as above, a pulse electron beam is produced at high frequencies by properly controlling a distance between the negative and positive poles, the intensity of the DC electric field, and the intensity and frequency of the AC electric field and the electron for uniting the electron beam which passes through a gap between the negative and positive poles and goes through a free space can be provided.
