The purpose of the present invention is to provide a battery pack manufacturing device capable of improving productivity by effectively mounting a component for a battery pack on the upper end of a battery cell in a process of manufacturing a square shaped rechargeable battery. The present invention relates to a device to mount a component for a battery pack on the upper end of a battery cell in a process of manufacturing the battery pack. The device comprises: a component mounting unit in which a plurality of penetration grooves to individually mount components for the battery pack is formed at predetermined intervals; a mould support to support the component mounting by combining with a lower end of one side of the component mounting unit; and a cell jig in which storages are stored by being arranged in the lateral direction at intervals at which the battery cells correspond to the penetration grooves of the component mounting unit. The components for the battery pack are mounted on the upper end of the battery cells through the penetration grooves in a state in which the cell jig is located on the lower end of the component mounting unit in order to enable the upper end of the battery cells to be located in positions corresponding to the penetration grooves.
